It was late evening on a holiday. We had to wait for fresh biscuits. Staff was friendly and apologetic. Offered something to drink for our 3 min. wait. They were all super.
The Chichen is hot and juice and the manager's if your not happy they will fix the problem right always they want return business.
Very friendly, clean, good food
Had a wait for chicken, kept me posted on wait time. Got a free dessert biscuit. Was impressed with customer service.But after the wait time I didn't get two breasts got a wing. I was reassured I'd get two breast. Food was great and hot. Thank you to the staff. I will be back
