Service was ok, I mean I placed a pickup order online and had it set to pick up in an hour, and my order was ready when I got there. Well 1 of my 2 pizzas looked to have been thrown in the box, it was not in a circle like it should've been. My other pizza, which was a thin crust, chicken and spinach alfredo pizza, was cooked to perfection... minus the visible mounds of salt all across the top of the pizza, and the very very very strong taste of fish, like they maybe dropped a bucket of anchovies on my pizza, scraped them off and acted like I wouldn't notice. The prices may be better than their competitor (papa johns) but I will fork out a few more dollars from now on when I expect to buy a meal that I deem edible.
Went in to order a pizza..... It was very unorganized ...a young girl who seemed eager enough took our to go order...I asked if I could pay now with my $20 gift card she directed me to the lady next to her...the order came to $17 and she asked me how much I wanted to put on the card I said I would like the full amount of my order paid she took my 20 gift card and stuck it on the counter by her without giving me the change that would have been left over or handing my card back.... She said nothing and went on to another task...I decided it wasn't even worth it to ask about the remainder and didn't want to seem to be Petty over a dollar and some change but it did nothing for my trust in Pizza Hut... Pizza was good but other than that the ladies attitude and lack of customer service left me less than happy.
Their system keeps crashing. The parking lot only holds 4 cars and the employees often park in those spots rather than out back. The special sauce is forgotten about half the time. The bread sticks are always dry. The pizza is pretty good though and I've had pretty good luck with deliveries
The salad bar was a mess and a lot of the containers were almost empty or empty of product. There was only one waitress and they were busy. 3 to 4 tables needed cleaned. 2 workers standing up at front talking that could of been busy helping cleaning or filling the salad bar. The carpet was full of crumbs from the tables where the waitress just wiped the crumbs onto the floor where customers can walk on top of them and swish them into the carpet. The pizza was excellant as usual. But I decided not to eat from the salad bar because of the way it looked. Some of the salad toppings were mixed in with each other it was just so messy looking like no one had cleaned it or filled it for quite awhile. Plus there were not many toppings left to choose from. Not sure where the manager was but they sure we're not manage their associates. If they had been everything would of been filled and looked nice!! Inviting!! I will not be back.
I ordered online and the service was good. The pizza was not. There was virtually no red sauce to be found on it. Just cheese and toppings. I've had frozen pizzas that were better. Won't be going back there.
