Very poor communication skills, one of the physical therapist put a tens unit on a seizure patient and walked away. When a complaint was made the reply was "you can always go somewhere else." Wow really just that disrespectful and no one will follow up with when you go up to complain. If you want or need real physical therapy you have to leave Franklin Ky to get it. Unless you have private insurance. Be forewarned this is a medical place of business that only cares about their paychecks and not the patients/clients. Just like the other end of the building that they are in (Medical Center Franklin)(Emergency Room). This place should not be open for humans, or any living thing. Replace the physical therapist, ER physicians. Then I just might, just might be able to recommend someone to receive some kind of medical care here.
