First time ever in this Lowe's and it was very easy to find what I wanted. Service was good also...
We were very pleased with the service from the sales rep. He was very friendly, greeted us right away, and knew everything about the products. That's how you get customers and they will stay because of the service.
I had trouble finding the item (it was small)! Someone helped me find it. Now I have a harness for my weed eater so it's easier to lug around!
For the most part, the people working there know what they are doing and selling. Although there are a few that are assigned to different departments that don't have any idea what they are selling or saying to a customer. Prices are fair enough for the products they have. If you don't find what you need there some of the people will tell you where to find it and about how much it will cost you. For that reason alone I will keep coming back. I would give 5 stars, but if your selling something at least know something about it.
Went in looking for something and was treated like a friend was with me showing me things. I went to the flowers for my mums i get every year and the lady was so nice and was so caring. I love my plants and to get them from someone who treats you like you have been friends forever is the best feeling in the world. Thanks lowes for the lovely lady in the garden area!!
