I received a bouquet of flowers for my birthday from my daughter who lives in Michigan. The flowers were delivered to work which I received the day after when I returned to work. The quality was not what I had expected. When calling the flower shop and explaining I returned the flowers the following day. They had a fresh new bouquet ready and waiting for me.
