We made it to a hotel on the donut spare, but no shops in the area had the right tire on hand (a 245/50r20).
This wonderful woman, Robin, heard our situation and arranged to run to Nashville to pick up the tire so we could get on our way, otherwise any of the shops wouldn't have got the tire until mid-afternoon.

My husband and I were in Franklin from Iowa due to our son being hospitalized for a heart attack. We were on the square doing errands on a Friday at 4:30pm, when our starter went out on our truck. If there could ever be a bad time for that to happen...that was it! My husband walked over to Jones Auto (by this time it was 4:45) to ask for help. The mechanics and staff were extremely kind and didn't hesitate to help us out. They could have said, "We are closing.Come back Monday", but they ordered the starter and within an hour our truck was up and running. The friendly, competent, and timely care was impeccable!
